We offer a comprehensive approach to swimming education that incorporates both land and water training. Our syllabus has been developed to provide students with a well-rounded swimming education that includes both technical and physical training. We believe that learning to swim is not just about mastering the technical aspects of swimming, but also about developing a strong body and mind that are capable of handling the demands of the water.
For water training, students learn the technical aspects of swimming, such as proper body positioning, breathing techniques, and stroke development. We offer classes for students of all skill levels, from beginners who are just starting out to advanced swimmers who are looking to improve their technique and performance.
As for land training, we focus on developing the strength, flexibility, and coordination needed for swimming. This includes exercises such as stretching, core strengthening, and balance training. By building a strong foundation on land, students are better equipped to transfer those skills into the water and achieve their swimming goals.
